  • Pay all applicable fees before course commencement

4. Payment Terms

  • Full course fees must be paid before course commencement unless other arrangements are made
  • Refunds are available within 7 days of course start date, subject to our refund policy

5. Course Access and Attendance

Students are expected to:

  • Treat instructors and fellow students with respect
  • Refrain from disruptive behavior during classes
  • Not engage in any form of cheating or academic dishonesty
  • Follow all technical guidelines and security protocols

8. Certificates and Credentials

Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of course requirements. Certificates are non-transferable and may be verified through our certification system. We reserve the right to revoke certificates for violations of these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

BIS CONNECT TRAINING LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific course or service.

11. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund terms:

  • Students may cancel enrollment within 7 days of course start for a full refund
  • No refunds are available after the 7-day period
  • We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment
  • In case of course cancellation by us, full refunds will be provided

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate your access to our services immediately and without notice if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
